At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs and booklets are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
